Who Can Use the Service

Integrations

Your Content
You keep ownership of your content.
You grant Tehom a license to store, process, and display your content only as needed to operate the Service and provide features you use.
Product Improvement
If you enable the Product Improvement setting, you allow your content to be used to improve the product, including creating de-identified and aggregated data. Once data is de-identified and no longer linked to you, it may not be possible to remove specific parts later.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Break the law or misuse the Service
- Access other users’ data without permission
- Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Service
- Bypass security or usage limits
- Use Tehom for harmful, abusive, or exploitative purposes
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Outputs and Disclaimer
Tehom may produce incorrect or incomplete results. You are responsible for how you use outputs. Tehom is not a substitute for professional advice.
Intellectual Property
The Service itself (excluding your content), including software and design, belongs to Tehom/FormlessMatter. You may not copy or misuse it without permission.
Suspension and Termination
You may stop using Tehom at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security reasons, or legal requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”. Tehom/FormlessMatter is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, or zero if you paid nothing, where allowed by law.

These Terms are intended to apply globally and are governed by applicable law depending on jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under your local consumer laws.
